Overlay asphalt across listed areas; compact and finish as needed.

1. Prep
Mobilize crew and equipment. Protect adjacent surfaces. Set traffic control as needed. Clean work area of loose debris and vegetation.
2. Scarify (if necessary)
Scarify/broom existing asphalt surface where required to improve bonding. Remove loose material as directed.
3. Level and Grade (if necessary)
Place leveling course at low/high areas to promote drainage and smooth transitions. Fine grade to match existing elevations.
4. Pave
Place hot mix asphalt to the specified thickness across marked areas. Maintain temperature and uniform mat; handwork edges and joints.
5. Compact
Compact asphalt with roller/plate compactor for a dense, smooth finish and proper cross-slope. Seal edges as needed.
6. Line Striping (if necessary)
Stripe per existing layout or plan using DOT‑compliant traffic paint. Include stalls, accessible markings, and arrows as required.

Terms & Conditions
Price valid for 30 days. Work subject to weather conditions and site accessibility. Unforeseen subsurface conditions may require a change order. Client is responsible for traffic control, permits, and utility locates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price is due upon contract approval, with the remaining fifty percent (50%) due upon completion of the work, unless other payment terms are expressly stated in the proposal.
